Yeah! I did that for around 2 weeks din, and I lost weight. Pero wala eh, took a break this week. Next week ulit!!! Ugh. Hahaha :p
lucky you, you have to lose weight, I have to gain weight on the other hand, already gained 10 pounds in 1 month (thanks to gym).
Try to go the moro lorenzo gym (the one at the farthest end of the high school)...I think they can help.:D

hehe...just don't force yourself into it...you might damage your heart..
just take it slow so that your body can adapt to the change..:D don't do it abruptly..:D
np, I'm not sure about the heart thing though. The heart grows when gaining weight, to be able to pump sufficient blood. I'm not sure if it works with trimming down.
And yeah, staying up late can make you lose weight, eyebags and pimples are some setbacks...hehe...:D

Oo nga. Eh bass stance ko yan eh! Ano ba! Hahaha!! Di pwede, ginagamit ng kabanda ko e :)) at gagawa rin ako ng iba pang banda sa future na ako ang bassist kasi miss ko na mag bass!!!
