I swear on moth ball reeking socks and rodent nibbled trousers that I will try to lose some weight. Say...10 pounds.

replace your regular food and snacks with fruits and vegetables. i lost like 7 pounds in 2 weeks. plus water instead of anything else. pero im gaining again. effing cafeteria food natin.

Yeah! I did that for around 2 weeks din, and I lost weight. Pero wala eh, took a break this week. Next week ulit!!! Ugh. Hahaha :p

lucky you, you have to lose weight, I have to gain weight on the other hand, already gained 10 pounds in 1 month (thanks to gym).


Try to go the moro lorenzo gym (the one at the farthest end of the high school)...I think they can help.:D

Yeah. Alam ko yung Moro haha. In fact, I've been meaning to go to the gym for a while now, pero wala eh. Diet nalang. :p and volleyball this month. Woohoo :)

hehe...just don't force yourself into it...you might damage your heart..

just take it slow so that your body can adapt to the change..:D don't do it abruptly..:D

np, I'm not sure about the heart thing though. The heart grows when gaining weight, to be able to pump sufficient blood. I'm not sure if it works with trimming down.


And yeah, staying up late can make you lose weight, eyebags and pimples are some setbacks...hehe...:D

hmm, if you don't change the duration of your sleep then I think that wouldn't help.:D

Your body has lower metabolism during sleep, and the objective of staying up late is to shorten sleep so your body can resume its metabolism rate when awake. Basically your having the same time of sleep and the same time awake, the difference? Eye bags..:D
